The Broken Bow, NE Police
Department serves a rural community of more than 3,500 residents in the center of Nebraska. Broken Bow is located
along scenic Highway 2, just 50 miles north of Interstate 80. It is the county seat of Custer County, the second largest
county by area in the state.
Broken Bow’s Police Department has six full-time officers, one part-time officer and one full-time police
secretary.
The department works hand-in-hand with the community,
the Custer County Sheriff’s Office and the Nebraska State Patrol to ensure a safe environment and an excellent quality
of life.
